Do not count them unless the current terms say they qualify.

1	Define the deposit session	Record the cash deposit amount and the balance state immediately after credit.
2	Count accepted eligible stakes	Use settled cash wagers and exclude void, returned or otherwise non-counting activity.
3	Separate promotional conditions	A bonus attached to the deposit can add different wagering or game rules.
4	Keep the completed ledger	Retain the transaction and play-history evidence if the cashier still reports an unmet condition.
